										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I wanted to publish this article but there is an embargo because if you want to publish something in academic journals you cannot have talked that much about it. Otherwise it is considered self-plagiarism. Sorry.</p>
<p>If we want our society to progress we have to create some alternatives to this. It is too slow the submission, reviewing and publishing process of academic journals. Additionally there is a situation where few actors can control what is science and what is not and it delays dramatically the progress of our society.</p>
